Sheep to Shore grew from my love of wool, making and sharing creativity with others. What started as a passion for needle felting has grown into my own little business where I create, teach and bring people together through the joy of working with wool.

Get Creative with Wool
Come and get woolly with me! Sheep to Shore workshops are relaxed, friendly and hands-on, with a variety of creative experiences using beautiful natural fibres. From needle-felted birds, sheep and flowers to wool painting, wet felting and creative projects that combine different felting techniques, there’s always something new to discover.
Workshops are kept small, so there’s plenty of individual guidance and encouragement. I’ll take you through each project step by step, sharing tips and techniques I’ve gathered from more than 20 years of working with wool and over 10 years of teaching needle felting.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love working with wool, you’ll learn new skills, make something lovely to take home and enjoy a few hours of creativity and good company along the way.

I’ve been playing with wool for more than 20 years and I still get ridiculously excited about what you can make with a handful of fluffy fibres and a very sharp needle!
I love creating woolly wonders, yet I especially love to teach needle felting, encouraging people to have a go at making something with their own hands.
With a background in textiles and teaching, I love sharing not just the how, but the little bit of magic that happens when an ordinary bundle of wool starts to look like a sheep, bird, flower or landscape.
For me, it’s about creativity, connection, natural fibres and having a good time along the way. And yes… I probably do have rather more wool than any one person actually needs!
