Needle Felted Wool Coasters
Add a little handmade warmth to your Christmas table — or create a beautiful gift that can be enjoyed all year round.
In this relaxed and creative workshop, you’ll learn how to use needle felting and wet felting to create a set of woollen coasters, combining beautiful natural wool with simple, stylish designs. Rather than a traditional Christmas craft, these coasters are designed to be useful, understated and beautiful enough to enjoy long after Christmas.
I’ll guide you through the basics of working with wool and the techniques needed to build your design, shape the fibres and create a neat, finished coaster (though you will have to take it home damp!). You’ll have a choice of designs, with the opportunity to add your own creative touches.
