Join me for a relaxed and welcoming introduction to the beautiful craft of needle felting. In this 2-hour taster workshop, you will learn all the essential basics while creating two charming handmade pieces—a wool felt heart (using a cookie cutter) and a decorative bauble.
We will cover a range of beginner techniques including how to use felting needles safely and effectively, the differences between wool types and bases, what makes good quality equipment, how to form simple 3D shapes, and an introduction to wool painting. Along the way, I’ll share plenty of helpful hints and tips to set you up for future projects.
I create a gentle, safe, supportive and joyful space in my lovely home studio, where you can relax, have fun, and explore your creativity.
