Create your own floating woolly jellyfish. I’ll guide you through the techniques needed to create a flowing hanging jellyfish using beautiful pure wool. A lovely project for beginners/intermediate, or anyone after a relaxed, creative activity. Note: Jellyfish will be a little different to photo.

About the event
In this relaxed and enjoyable needle felting workshop, I’ll teach you the skills needed to create a simple three-dimensional Jellyfish from wool fibres. You’ll learn how to build up the shape, firm the wool, add the tentacles and beads, as well as some decorative highlights following my pattern or using your own creative ideas.
This is a lovely project for beginners and experienced needle felters. I’ll demonstrate each technique step-by-step, with plenty of individual guidance throughout the workshop. You’ll learn useful needle felting skills that you can take away and use in future projects8
And, as always, there’ll be time to enjoy the social side of creating too, with tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
Materials: $8 per person payable on the day (cash or Eftpos)
The workshop cost covers your tuition and the workshop experience. The $8 materials fee covers the wool and other consumable materials you’ll use to create your jellyfish.
